Wonderful hip new hotel with very good staff who provide excellent service. Very comfy bed in the double room, plus a minibar, a writing desk, and coffee. Continental breakfast, different food.

Hotel reception staff were pleasent, however we felt they could have provided more info on dining options including breakfast. I am not a regular user of hotels and felt uncomfortable asking for nfo.There was no conversation at all. There was rubbish left outside my room from day before, and I was disappointed that staff had already started to clean my room before I checked out as we had 1100 check out time. We returned at 0945 from breakfast to find the door open and mops and vacum cleaner in doorway. I had however put my bag in my daughters room next door.I Also booked 2 twin rooms and got 2x double rooms.

Fast check-in and easy check-out, parking off site. Comfortable quiet and recently refurbished room with comfortable bed, a walk-in wardrobe plus lovely view, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety.

misleading parking policy

Great views from the rooms.

I was outraged ! First, the check-in process was a disaster. They claimed my room would be ready at 3pm, yet I waited until 4:30pm before getting my keys. To make matters worse, the parking situation was ridiculous. I was told I had free parking, but the concierge gave me a discount ticket instead of the free parking I was promised. I couldn't believe I had to pay for something that was supposed to be complimentary!

The location was perfect, right next to everything we wanted to see. The room was spacious with a huge window that let in plenty of light. The blackout curtains were a game changer for sleeping in. The door super nice team. The new fitness center was a nice bonus, too!
